Every Shopify order reconciled the way your bookkeeper would — net sales, shipping, taxes, refunds and returns — then briefed back to you each morning. Eleven reports across four dashboards, built on Shopify's own sales definitions.

Net Revenue vs. Refund Drag
The Morning Ledger Difference
Gross numbers pulled straight from an API are easy. The Morning Ledger reconciles every order — discounts, refunds, returns, cancellations, shipping and tax — against the same definitions Shopify uses in its own sales reports. We check our figures against Shopify's, not the other way round.
Total Sales folds in shipping, taxes and return fees; Net Revenue takes out discounts, refunds and returns. Every figure says which window it was measured over — a lifetime name is never printed on a 30-day number — and test orders never enter the ledger at all.
Spend, reach and channel-reported sales for every channel that reports into Shopify — read from Shopify itself, so there is no second login to keep alive and no third-party ad account to connect.
Order webhooks land as they happen; a full sweep re-reconciles orders, products, customers and inventory every 15 minutes, so a refund or cancellation booked after the fact corrects the ledger instead of quietly aging in it.
Six read-only Shopify scopes and no write access at all. Access tokens encrypted at rest, every query scoped to your store alone, and Shopify's mandatory data-request, customer-redact and shop-redact webhooks handled on our side.
The Analytics Reports Suite
The Morning Ledger dashboard reads yesterday back to you in ten sections. Executive Command Center, Customer & Growth Workspace and Conversion Journey Analytics compose the same report-owned figures into leadership views. Four of the eleven reports below.

Future Integration Ecosystem
One connection: Shopify. Marketing channels are read through Shopify — any channel with a Shopify channel app already reports its spend, reach and claimed sales there, and that is what we read. No ad-account logins to grant, none to keep alive.
Meta Ads
Spend, reach and channel-reported sales — as Meta reports them to Shopify
TikTok & Pinterest
Same reader, no extra work — a channel app on your store is the whole setup
Shopify
Orders · Products · Customers · Inventory
Google & YouTube
Spend and reported return, sitting beside the orders they claim
Any channel app
If none is reporting, the report says exactly that — it never invents a row to fill the chart

Prices in USD, billed by Shopify on your existing Shopify invoice — no separate card. Order allowances are per month; reporting history is how far back a report may look. Anything your plan doesn't include keeps its real title and shows no value at all — never a blurred figure, never a made-up one.
